    Panasonic, Simon, are you guys confident that its a red one...sorry to be a pain...im worried if i flash the wrong software, it will kill the box.....thanks in advance

    hi all,

    i'm new and my box doesn't have all the sports channels etc... as it comes up saying updated code ...

    so has anyone got the up2date code for a C&W ?

    i did that but it still says waiting for response from receiver... still not picking up the eurovox when i plug the usb in

    I'm confident it is a red box. However there is no guarantee it is not a clone.

    i dont understand why my laptop dosnt pick up the eurovox when i plug the usb cable in. i bought the cable today any i deas . the disk it come with only loads the files and not setup as normall help if you can.

    simon, how do you tell if its the red one? is it coz of the software/hardware dates?

    look at the box information on screen. if the box is silver and black it is a red/blue box. Blue boxes are dated 2006 and red boxes 2007 after that comes the MaxV ( black ) box.

    Also I'd just like you to know for Info that all my Max V boxes have just auto rolled in the greater Manchester area ex CaW provider symbolrate 6887. All auto updates successful no problems reported.

    Hi i have read through and i see this question appear a bit and i can not see a answer (It may Be Me) I have two box,s bought at different times and do not have the boxs they came in , Is there a way off telling what box,s i have , Also when i,m connecting my cable (Null Modem Female to female) It states com port not available , I have checked in device manager and com port 1 is there , Any help really appreciated THANk YOU

    do a factory reset, make sure you select the correct symbol rate and rescan

    ok i have new software downloaded to computer and have winwrar downloaded but cant seem to open either it just keeps saying no default application to open with i really need help at this point anyone ... thanks
