hi all. could someone please tell me where i can get the latest update for the eurovox max and whats its called. i keep getting the auto update message and have also heard people are manually putting the codes in, if so how do i do this? would welcome any help thanks

 

Red box is EV Max
Black box /EV Max V
EV Max V is now in a white box to distinguish it from clones

 

many many thanks for all the help and advice posted here during the day.(especially simonbllt and scouser). i, (like many others) would have been completely lost without it. i had previously subscribed to other sites which are now ripping people off by charging not only for the update but also for 'support'! (how can they charge for support when they don't know what will happen next)? i'm sure you guys are shattered - i was looking at some of the pages and pages of questions and have to compliment you on your patience and understanding. although i'm not particularly techie minded i was able to update my box simply by following your guide. again many thanks - noobie vidou

 

It's simple.....Start from the begining of the thread read everything and your question will be answered.
Me thinks you should have gone to specsavers, everything has been repeated a million times.

 

Its not a contest on how many people we can help out but theres nothing wroong with expecting a thanks not to me im not bothered and like you said ive not helped enough people out but simon has today and he deserves a thanks.
so chill stop getting so vocal man were all here to help wether our advice is crap like mine on your say so or like others.
But allot of what i have posted has been helpful but like I said I dont expect a thanks I wouldnt want to take that away from you!

I have a MK1 EuroVox, and, if I press the yellow button, nothing happens, if I go into language settings, and press 1968, nothing happens !


HELP !!!!!!!

Is there any other way round it ?

I cant update the codes which ever way i try.
