    Has anyone tried this?

    http://rapidshare.com/files/106510733/UFL_Max_V_Kurov3_10-04-2008.zip

The company that supplied my Eurovox recommended this to fix the "Code being updated etc" saga. I downloaded it, unRar'd it, loaded it into my box, was accepted as new software update, but still getting the update message!
It's supposed to restore the box's ability to self-scan for codes.

Anyone used it successfully, or any whiz kids out there wanna have a look, give an opinion??

May be the solution to all our problems!!

It looks like they might hold back on the key rolls for a while. I updated one of my older blue boxes with the new firmware last night and to be honest it did work but i had to power scan from a factory reset and all my channels are messed up now. My other newer black box though is still working fine with no update. My thoughts on this is maybe the new update is not as important as it seems. But only time will tell
