Just tried the codes posted by DDDDano but get the same old 'please wait codes being updated' message.

Am with V***in (used to be N*L) in oxfordshire.

Anyone got codes that might work for me???

Does the area etc make any difference to the codes???

    Many thanks,

    Mr Benn

you can download the fix for it now,
you need a cable to connect your box to your pc,( should have come with your box ) the software which you can get off the BigMAQ toolbar under Updates/fixes, and the instructions to do it are here http://www.4shared.com/account/file/4135...Max_V_2008.html
    Good luck

try the C&W codes, they have worked for other people whose provider is nthell for some reason:

    5C 01

    Ex C&W 11th April

    00 = F1 48 4E 64 5A E1 A2 70

    01 = F2 73 A9 0F 26 09 69 0A

the area doesn't make a difference as to what code, good luck

    ________________________________________

    Yes,
    maxv firmware here: http://www.box.net/shared/static/m5eo2cbkkg.rar

    password is: techwatch

    You will need:
A null modem cable (serial cable) – if you don’t have one – get one. You cant update without it.
Winrar – download here: http://www.rarlab.com/download.htm click on WinRAR 3.71 at the top

Connect your eurovox to you pc with the serial cable, put the box in stanby.
Unpack the file i posted earlier with winrar. Inside the file will be the loader utility and a notepad doc.
    Open the loader utility.
You may first want to backup your chanel data so you wont have to rescan for chanels.
To do this, click on the browse tab, choose a location to save your chanel data and click UPLOAD.
Now to update your firmware, click on the download tab (note there are two download tabs, to update firmware click the highest download tab, the one on its own)
Click start when the new box appears.
    Wait for update to complete.
Now you can put your chanel data back on, to do this hit the browse button, select your chanel data file and press the download tab that is next to the upload tab.
When completed hook the box back up, go to an encrypted chanel and allow about 15 mins for codes to update.

    Download toolbar from here http://bigmaq.ourtoolbar.com/
then go to updates/fixes, Eurovox fixes, Euroxox max-vbox the fix you want is the bottom one dated 10/04/08. Instructions on how to flash your box are here http://www.4shared.com/account/file/41353408/26d4f5e5/001_How_to_flash_the_Eurovox_Max_V_2008.html

    good luck

    Hi,

Just wanted to thank Simon, Panasonic and everybody else who helped sort the recent code issues.

I had a double wammy, not only was I without Tv, but also my wireless internet went kaput. Thankfully both have now been resolved.

The new firmware which I downloded through Simon's link. had already sorted favourites into catergories. I had deleted my own ones in my own attempt to resolve the code issues, so this was a nice surprise.

    Thanks again
    Beaten
