Eurovox Max problem

whats not working on ch**us ? the new fix firmware ? are we talking about ch**us MMDS cable or Ch**us MMDS with the antenna ? or even NTHELL MMDS cable ? I setup 2 eurovox max in malahide close to swords & the scan in fine using symbol rate 6875 & thats an NTHELL cable MMDS area.

 

steve, i know your pi**ed off with this but dont give up,what would stevie G do.

Yes im on the Eurovox Max V 2008 on Ch&rus in Swords.
If i go to Installation and then User Installation
I see Ch Num 0001, 0002, 0003, 0004, down to 0010
i see a freq for each chanell number i.e

274.000
282.000
290.000
298.000
306.000
314.000
322.000
378.000
394.000
410.000

thats all the FREQ i have, as im new to this i dont no how to add more
beside the Freq i have symbol 6.875 Mbaud for all of them

in the channel list i do see some channels, but if i click on 1 of them i get
Please Wait, Code being updated.

so 1) am i missing freq and 2) how do i get past this message Pleae wait codes updating now

before i was waiting for codes to be posted...but they are taking over 5 hours to be posted for ch%rus customers
so i decided to go about fixing the autoupdate by flashing

 

OK, that's probably all I can think of to do also. But do you know if there's a "known" problem where the signal quality on the Eurovox boxes comes up as 8% (8 percent)?

I did post this 30mins ago but here it is again,..to manually scan these frequency's you need to go to installation, green button for channel edit , red button add channel,enter freq and symbol rate 6875
press ok, then repeat these steps till all freq's added.
when they're all in press exit and go back to first page of install menu.
press the red button for auto scan, this will do a scan for all the freqs entered.

let me know if you get any new channels after doing this.

steve according to other forums another fix will have to be found for cho**s so for now input manually

Hang on for a little bit longer, trying to find out is chor*s working atall anywhere in the country, we might be wasting our time??? if anyone knows any body on chor*s find out the codes their using

i am on ch**us and the codes anto1969 are the ones im using and im working fine but till putting them in manually

 

These codes were working on chor*s at 21.47
dont think there was an roll since then so if these dont work stevie then im afraid either your box is knackered or we have the wrong codes for you???

 

Right, this is the problem the fix does NOT work for eurovox max boxes in CH**US cable areas, I was told this last week but had forgot it, & before you ask, yes this fix was in test last week prior to being released to the public. THE BOX & SUPER for cable are not affected also the Eurovox TX for MMDS is unaffected, sorry about your trouble Steveirl.

 

steve and anyone else on Cho**s in the fix they left something out for CHO**S network and it is just awaiting game untill they correct it and come up with another fix

Just came home from pub, reading lots of this thread and still can't find it Hic

 

anto1969 just to make things clear steve's area is either a CH**US mmds cable area, or an NTHELL MMDS cable area,....his channels were scanned in manually for him by the chap he got the eurovox max from so his has problems on top of problems on top of other problems, which is why we can't slove them right now as you stated.
