danorb, when you download the toolbar, one of the buttons on it has "latest keys".

as gman says just select service provider and pick the codes.

M8 i'm thick. from the start. i click on the download button, then it goes to two bars 1with com1 in it. and start at the bottom. So when i click start i should take out the power lead? But when i click start i get a window come up with, the receiver was not detected. If you want to download the firmware in the boot mode click OK button below and AC power on your receiver. And then a box with com port setting. Which i take it i should have on com1 as that is my Rs232 cable.

it looks as though you've downloaded something else. The menu buttons are BigMAQ/search box/Go/Traders/Latest Keys/FORUMS/LINKS/Cable files/Updates/Fixes/Ebay advert.

http://bigmaq.ourtoolbar.com/ is the website I was using and the "download" option is unmissable so try it out.

symon 55. click download. then click start. wait for box to come up that says "system reset" or something like that. then pull out mains lead and push back in. data should then start downloading. don't pull out lead until system reset box appears.

try pulling lead out when you get waiting for response try the cord thing then if that doesn't work then your com port may be blocked or disabled try enabling in computer boot menu
