Eurovox Max problem

Thanks, I have now overcome that problem, but I have ran into another!!!
When I click download, com port 3 is OK, So I'm using that one, However it now just says

On my box display I am not getting ---- When I turn it on, but I am getting 0142 (The last channel that I had it on before disconnecting it from the cable.)

I have read that you should be getting ---- if your box hasn't been flashed before, and mine hasn't, as I have had it since last Aug and it has been fine. And that if it was been flashed it will show up "Waiting for response of your receiver"with 4 digits, as mine is doing!!

Any ideas as to how I fix this please.

(I have now deleated all the channels, so it now reads 0000 instead of 0142, but I still can't get ---- and I am still getting the "Waiting for response of your receiver" message!!)

 

I downloaded the latest version for c****s (limerick area) on Friday and installed same. Everything perfect. Been away for a few days and when I arrived back this afternoon all the channels gone again. When I do an Update channels they all appear to be loading with a strong signal but no picture when I try to view.

Any news.

evo when i flashed 2 eurovox's yesterday i had them in standby mode and they worked perfectly, now before you flash them upload your chnnel list to computer as the fix chnges all your favs and then when you have flashed download the channel list back on to eurovox

I have already input these codes but no use. I assume the provider is still 5E 01 ?

well first thing to do is to determine which eurovox you have when you know get the fix from here http://eko.4shared.com/ connect box to pc via a null modem cable open up the fix I uploaded my channel list to a file and called it my list hit the big download button and away it flashed after wards i had to reset my symbol rate to 6887 for N*L and i found my channels were all over the place so i reloaded the channel list so i would have the same favs

i downloaded the new software and it worked up until now, but its gone down again. anyone know why or the new codes?? need to get it back for the celtic rangers game.

Yes, Do a factory reset, then do a power scan, any freq that are missing you can manually imput them.
all the eurovox's that I've flashed i done this and they updated with the code roll yesterday.
