I know how to input the new codes by hitting menu then the yellow button.
am a bit thick when it comes to this...can u help. cheers

hi just got a eurovox,i am new to this can anyone help me its not working how do i update this to make the box work again.

 

Is there a new Kuro image fix on the way or do we have to go back to putting the codes in ?. I updated with the last fix 10/04/08 and all went well until now.

Aparently NTHELL have found away around it this morning.
so no there is no fix as of now...you will have to sit and manually put in codes like your Ch&rus friends !!

Hi I wonder if anyone can help me
I have read & searched through previous threads & couldn't find an answer to this. Between myself & family I have sucessfully flashed 6 Euro-Vox maxV boxes with no prob. 1 other one when flashed seemed to be updating the codes as it said it was. Then the screen went black & i got the message "Service Unknown". If I reflash I get "No Signal" or "Searching for signal" & if I restore to factory settings & do a power scan it finds no channels. I have checked the leads numerous times & other boxes are working. Anyone else come across this?

Can u tell me how to turn Emu on and off on the eurovox thanx

 

I encountered this with a starview and i just did a manual scan with the frequencies and it worked, try a normal scan and enter the lowest frequency in start and highest frequncy in stop.

the emu should always be set to on automatically on the eurovox but press menu, select language then type 1968 1968 and the emu will be there

 

Hi guys,

Been looking at this site for a good week now and had excellent help from Crezza but I am wondering if Crezza or anyone else can help my latest problem. I updated the firmware on my uncles Eurovox 2 using blue box update for Eurovox Max on BigMaq and plugged all my cables back in. I chaned the rate to 6887 (NTHell)and power scanned. Now some of the channels are there but a hell of a lot of them have scrambled pictures and the channel list doesn't have ITV, BBC, CH4 etc etc. It has TV1, TV2 TV3 and so so. Can help one help with this problem.

P.S If you use BigMaq and update an old Eurovox box, you may have to buy a new remote as I found out.

are you sure you used the correct firmware? you need the kuro3 update for the eurovox max v, on pg 144 under gman signature
