Eurovox Max problem

That's quite libellous.

I've ripped apart the exe to see what it installs and I've checked it over with a number of professionally recognised security tools. It is perfectly safe and saying otherwise serves know purpose.


Only just turned my 2008 box on and when I went to movies it came up with the code update dialogue which was on for some time, maybe a minute. Then it updated. Manchester area. I've had no phone calls from irate locals so there seems to be no issue with auto update here yet.

 

What would I use for a Eurovox 1/2?? I have already updated the firmware on the eurovox max and it is working fine but eurovox 1 or 2 has all the chnnel pictures scrambled :-(

 

make sure you know which box you have, im not to familiar myself with the blue or red one sorry, but reflash anyway, then try a normal scan entering the lowest freq in start and highest in stop and hopefully this will do the trick, delete the firmware you have and download it again.

 

this box is driving me mad!!! Anyone know the new codes it changed last week and everything was great now its gone off again in the liverpool area. Channels are scanning as normal but it just keeps saying waiting to update codes anyone know the new codes yet help

 

Thanks for that info. Where would I find the lowest and highest freq's. I am sooooo new to this technical stuff

 

I had the same problem with blue and red boxes
The loader will not let your reciever accept the wrong firmware.
Just make sure its not a clone!

hi axxo a friend of mine updated two eurovox max 2008 with the fix it handled the code change last night but when he switched them on this morning nothing no channels all gone is this true what there saying about N*L getting around the fix, I have a SV and its still working fine with the fix

That's another confirmed working, just seems that NTL UK have rolled again with 01 line, can anyone confirm>>

Can anyone give me the low and high freq for the Glasgow area on ViMed?? This is to try a normal scan, I am on system rate 6887.

Cable and Wireless codes will always work for you. They built your network ( well, had Nynex do it )

 

why are you all still doing the code update thing when the fix was posted on the 10th?

 

The fix no longer works for NTHELL UK Customers.
The fix never worked for Ch&rus custmber in Ireland !

 

Hello all, anyone have codes for telepest in the south west as went down today. thank u

 

I have a mate on NTHELL, he said that his box went off today, but after leaving it on a scrambled channel for 10 - 20 mins it came back on. i.e. it eventually updated itself.
He's in the Teesside area.
My box updated in a similar way (this morning), but only took about 20 seconds. I'm on TW in West Midlands.

 

did u get any software with the cable?
