So what do you use with jkeys, being as the tsop is what is needed to be updated during the jtag? skymax and jkeys are just 2 different applications to do the same job.

No need to get on your high horse.

People come here to help or to receive help.

Everyone is open to suggestions but if you're going to give advice
make sure it's accurate. Throwing out statements that you might have come across in earlier threads but without having actually tried & tested them yourself can lead to unnecessary pain for the poor individual seeking assistance.

What a shame GMAN it applies 100% on you, as looks like you havent read my previous messages. The first message clearly states CONTACT THE SELLER!!!!

    So watch before you talk

N now scourer. All i said was it could be this and that and never said 100%.

OK all points are valid. Nedser understand that advice here must be accurate for others searching for solutions to there problems.

@ Cablemtk advice is free to give but inaccurate advice as I said leads to problems and the fact that you emphasised that my solution was incorrect when in fact I had come across this numerous times only exaggerated your opinion which was wrong. So follow the advice you gave to gman and read threads and not just this one before thinking you are right.

At the moment you are not helping here by trying to get at other members. After all it was you at fault. BTW you are a trader and I thought you would know more about products you advertise.

Prove positive then that you do not know much about these boxes as I have already told you ---- indicates no firmware not the standby light.

Firstly i am not a trader and not here to sell goods. yes i have contacts who do the stuff and i refer anyone needing stuff to them.
Secondly i wasnt even talking to u scourer when u started your stuff here

ALL I SAID WAS who cares about technical stuff long as job is done.

And yes i have come accross many boxes with standby light ON and 4 dashes and there you couldnt install the software in them as they dont take it. I dnt need to prove it as i've come accross it.

And now last thing SCROURER ur saying i am havin a go at others, DID I HAVE A GO AT GMAN first????
Did i have a go at DODZY?

    NOW you prove DID I?

well in normal world u go back to who u bought stuff off unless u cant get hold of him. and there is nothing wrong with it as buyer or seller. so it was common sense not traders advice.

Maybe we all need to cool down and take a step back from this as it is not helping anybody except flaring tempers so how about it we all calm down and forget it and look ahead we all get things wrong once in a while we all not perfect if we where this world would be as well

Yes only one thing you can do now is to return them back to your seller. Asthey would need JTAGGING and also after that they would work but not last longer. Your boxes are dead now. Dont try to flash tem as you would be wasting your energy on them for no reason.

Seems like Dodgy Boxes or Dodgy software. More likely the boxes.

First of all you told NEDSER the only thing he can do now is return them to the seller

Secondly you told him his boxes are dead now and he is wasting his energy on them

Both statements are wrong advise and as you can see he got the boxes up and running in no time !
