    I'm in Hamilton Scotland Virgin Media (previously TELEWEST) can anyone suggest how I can get my channels back, missing my football like crazy spridaddl

    I presume you have a Eurovox Max V why not just update it with the latest firmware. Have a read around you will find all you need.

    Hi scouser posted this earlier don't know if you read it but took your advice about deleting channel data and then reloading my channel file and the boxes are working fine since

    scouse, this is gettin too complicated, i been messing about with firmware and new stuff for over a week, bought a new cable, but i think im imissing something small....is ther anyone in the south east,london, herts area i can take my box to for re-flshing????? thanks in advance.....i believe a list exists to tell u according to ur area whether u factory reset to 6887 or 6952...

    Filbur don't know, but the fix the one in eamos library (link below) by all reports does so try that.

    naz it may look complicated but it is quite easy follow SG8's guide BTW 6887 is for N**. 6952 is for Telepest and exC** areas.

    all channels working when i got up it said updating code so i just downloaded and plugged it back in

    Nope still there AFAIK but the latest Kuro firmware 18/04/08 is also there and has the Ch**us fix and faster autoroll, (takes about a minute to update codes). It works with all providers, this is for the genuine MaxV models only. Other firmware updates for both red and blue boxes should be arriving very shortly.
