Eurovox Max problem

hi guys,i'm living in Galway an have NTHELL basic service, box was working when i was updating my codes manually (thanks to anyone who posted them!) but i updated my eurovox maxv 2008 yesterday with UFL_MaxV_Kuro2_10_04_08.exe, is said download sucsessful, but when i did a powerscan fro 290-500MHz using symbol rate 6.887 Mbaud i found no channels and quality bar was only at 17%........... any sugggestions or ideas?Thanks!

 

Is there anyone who can clarify a few things for me??
I got a null cable for my eurovox max v and flashed it with the fix from bigmaq (Kuro 3 10/4/08) however ive noticed that the file i saved to desktop is actually saying kuro 2 10/4/08.. Ive looked back on bigmaq today and another fix as been added called Kuro 3 Final 21/4/08. Which one is it??? as i said i flashed it and the layout on my tv is totally different to what it used to look like so somethings changed but the codes aint rolled yet so dont know if its done the job... I was dead proud of myself and now im not so sure

That has happened to me too in Dublin on a mates box. I flashed about 5 & the other 4 are grand so I know its not the cables. I tried manually updating & scanning the channels but all I get is "No Signal" or "searching for signal". I restored to factory settings & it picks up no channels the same as yourself. Anyone else in this boat?

Quick question... Im in Glagow and have a Eurovox Blue . I reflashed the box to update the firmware to sort the ocde update problem . So far so good been hearing rumours that I may have to do this again this week as theres another version of the firmware coming out....

1) is this true ?

2) I also cant seem to get the teletext to work via my eurovox anyone know why... and yes my Tv does support teletext before anyone asks!!

There is a new firmware coming out for the blue and red boxed, the max v ver is already out, This new firmware is for the choru*s auto update as it doesnt seem to be working there. It also apparently makes the box update the codes quicker,
If your box is working fine and auto updating and is fast enough for you then leave it, But it is up to you.

As for the teletext are you trying to use it on channels bbc1 bbc2 itv ch4 five as it only works on them for me,
Press yellow then ok

 

HITECK im with NT hell in Glasgow!! and the box seems to be ok so mite just leave things alone as the new firmware probably wont make any difference to my box at the moment... any ideas why the teletext doesnt work?

Hiteck no working on any of the channels and to be honest it never has just wondered if it was me or it was just standard for the Eurvox thnaks anyway for your help

 

I have a blue box and it works fine on mine are you pressing the yellow then ok

Nobody has got back to me about if i have got the right firmware on my box (lol) I flashed with Kuro 3 10/04/08 but it says Kuro 2??? theres also another one come out Kuro 3 final do i need to do that aswell?? please some one help meeeeee
