Eurovox Max problem

    try this courtesy of sc0ucer 1. Set time using GMT.
    2. Go to installation, user installation.
    3. Press red button to preform an autoscan.
    4. When autoscan completes, IMMEDIATELY go to time settings again.
    5. Make sure time is still correct.
    6. Turn GMT off.
    7. Press blue button to save and exit.

    Just downloaded the software that went ok . Have lost all my channels 0000 is the number onthe box can any on etell me how to get them back please 10 min away from divorse procedings

    im trying to update eurovox with my laptop and it keeps coming up no available com port any ideas, when i came home tonight around 8.30pm i turned it on and channels were working im on n*l dublin

    No not if you are satisfied with the release of 10/04/08, this is a staement that came out about the new release, it is up to the individuals personal choice, so if it's not broke don't try to fix it.

    Due to some problems reported from parts of Ireland a new software upgrade (18-04-08) has been released to address these problems. It has been thoroughly tested and is working 100% in all areas of Ireland.

    We advise all Eurovox owners to install the upgrade below as it also offers significant performance improvements. However, if you have recently upgraded your Eurovox and are satisfied with it's performance then you can continue using the 10-04-08 software release.

    Just wondering has anyone done a box to box fireware transfer on the max v and know hoe long it should take?

    Mandy same here, I dowmloaded Fireware 18-04-08 for Ch***s Ireland, when download was complete I plugged the cable back in the box, all channels appeared with no need to delete, factory reset or re-scan. Autoroll seems to be working at the moment so I will leave well enough alone and will only download again if I see problems.

    Are you absolutely defintite that it is a NULL MODEM cable that you have??

    Hi
    Ye have been great with all your help I just need a little more. I have updated the box and all ok did a power scan and got the channels back but not all of them came back I am missing quite a few and also the channels are all over the place and not in order .Is there a easy fix to this.Please help

    im from there to iv done 5 boxes last night and worked great had to manually add 3 freqencies for the bbcs and manu lfc they all come in on these freqencies 410 418 426 now have them all

    I did the firmware update and it works great. Managed to get a few channels I didn't already have like DAVE. I'm on Chorus in Naas.

    When I press Menu & Yellow button, all the codes read 00. How do I get the current codes so I can supply them to the site here when they roll again?

    have done and its still working iv done 5 more since but had to scan them all working thanks to all year great help followed ure instructions word for word and had no problems thanks again

    the ok on on language settings
    then type 1968 then again 1968
    the niagra menu will show

    hi first time user i have a euro vox max silver front black box (2006/2007)never needed updating but two weeks ago my box stopped working i've tryed scaning both manual,auto and power scan but nothing also tryed changing start and stops,symbols i'm getting the channel information but no channels have left the box on sky sports 1 channel for over a week and nothing i have checked all cables in and out off the machine nothing i stay in edinburgh/scotland can you help
