Eurovox Max problem

while i here ,,how to you change your channels 2 ,different catergories like music kids sport and so on thnxs ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,]

 

i just downloaded and ran the Eurovox Max V Kuro v3 Final 18042008 and followed the instructions about reseting factory defaults. The scan is finished on 6.887 ( thought that was the frequency for C*orus Irl )now just tried it on 6.952,then 6.875 and still no channels being found !! Any suggestions gratefully received ? I'm using Eurovox max V 2008.

 

Scratch that !!! Got it on 6.875 at last. Only getting 59 channels though !!! Should I be getting more ????

Press Menu
press User installation
press Green Button
press red Button to add Frequencies
the first box is only the list number you must press 'Info' to edit that.

For C****s s/bol rate 6875

You can put these in if they arenot already on your list

274, 282, 290 , 298 , 306 , 314, 322 , 370 , 378,
386, 394 , 410 , 426 , 444,

once saved exit out and press the button to manually update channels

to put it simply you need to tell the box how to find the channels
look back through the posts find the Symbol rate for your supplier and perform a full scan

Yellow Button- While here Change 'Symbol rate' to your Rqd number
the box
start scan

ive put the new firmware (18/04/2008) and everything was working grand on the black and red boxes but when i was putting the new firmware on the blue boxes i was having a few problems so had to use the older firmware (10/04/2008) and it seems to be working fine now anyone else have this problem with the blue boxes cos they started to turn on and off during a scan

 

The rest will come back if the signal improves _ I suspect o dodgy connection or a splitter in the system
- press info Button twice to Display Signal Strenght & Quality should be in the 80's

I have just updated my eurovox max 2007 red with eurovox max red ufl 21/04/08 release. After doing a power scan all the channels had been installed then when i went on sky sports 1 it said updateing codes i left it on that for about 15 mins the updating channels box was goin off then coming back on. How long does it take for all the channels to be working properly ?

 

It should be right away But Just out of Curiosity could you Pull out the Power lead And Plug it back in
the reason is that i know a few black 2008 boxes get 'stuck' like this from time to time but once it flashes - it should have the code and is trying to display channels ( I Think) but pulling the plug does the trick you shouln't have to do it again though - ........much

 

eurovox red with new software working fine on them but the remote control doesnt?????????

anyone any ideas?

 

Only thing I can tell you is what happened to me and that was one of the Buttons Was Stuck in - Other than that I know video senders with built in remote Sensors can Stop All remotes working when they get stuck

blue boxes working fine now but had to flash them with the 10/04/2008 firmware first then 21/04/2008 firmware but its up and runnig now lovely stuff
