Eurovox Max problem

hi all,hope someone can help solve my problem.

i have a eurovox 2008 and currently on VM. i conneted my box to my upstairs line and all is well, i get all channels with good picture/ sound.

however when i try and connect it to my downstairs line where i would like my box to be it all messes up.

firstly when i do a powerscan the channel names dont show up on most channels so i get thinks like TVch5 or 12 etc and it only finds like 100 channels whereas upstairs it finds like 200+.

when it has finished i put it on a tv channel the picture keeps freezing and jurking and same with the sound.

any help and solutions most welcome and thanks in advance.

 

Bad signal and/or bad connections.Check all your cable connections

Hi Everyone , got the Vox flashed and done all the adjustments for C@orus and performed powerscan , only getting tv3 and euronews channels, can someone point me in the right direction and is C@orus symbol Rate 6875...? Cheers !

 

karl thanks checked there nothing to support me ah well just have to keep at it and keep posting on replaylite forum thanks anyway

 

chorus is 6.875 ok did you do a factory reset after the download?

 

have they given up rolling keys here in England or are they waiting to hit us with something big.

If you want to connect a second TV you will need a second "box".

 

being a starview man i know nothing about eurovox. I have just acquired one that needs updating. Is there an idiots guide anywhere?

hi all, i reflashed my eurovox last week.. i've now come in from work and im 30 minutes now waiting for the code to update. Does anyone know if i have to reflash again??

 

Where are you and what firmware did you use to flash your box, include the ver date of the firmware you used.

 

I havent got my cable yet so i havent done it, but sounds like you will need to re-do, as you can see from above, should au in 1 minute or less so 30 mins seems very excessive

 

im in dublin on ntl. i have a blue eurovox max. i used the flash loader from 01/04/08
