Eurovox Max problem

ok i think it is genuine what firmware will i flash it with, i can't go wrong because it doesn't work in the firdt place?

erase all channels and restore factory settings

 

system information i asked the last option when you go to config

If you have no ch@nnels you will have to do an auto scan on your provider

 

I cant beleive people are STILL having problems. I LOOKED UP the correct frimware and downloaded it almost a month ago and i have had NO PROBLEMS SINCE>

IF the newbie members on here were to go back and look at the posts on this and other related threads al the info is there no HOW to tell which box you have and WHAT firmware to download and IF its a clone or not.

Peeps if your not sure which box you have do you not have a receiept or contact info from the people you bought your boxes from. IF not all the clues are ther on what to look for etc. I do and that the 1st place i went. They sent me here and said if i had a problem these guys could help. And so far they have. But it need the newbies to follow the rules and to READ THE THREAADS AND POSTS. These threads are now getting a little confusing and it seems peopel are asking the same quiestions BEFORE looknigup and reading.
ALL THE INFO IS THERE!
Yes a month ago i was a newbie but i think i was told to READ previous posts etc! ITs it your best interests if you do!

Hi guys is there a problem with the box again mine was flashed about three weeks ago and it worked fine but i was on my way out about 3 today and it was updating codes and its still updating codes any ideas will i have to go back to manually updating or is there anything else i should be doing i tried going to sports channel didnt work plugged it out for a bit then back in that didnt work either any ideas greatly appreciated thanks a mill

 

i agree with linny40. i found everything i needed to flash my box here in previous pages.i had never done it before and by following the simple instructions by many different people found here it was simple and my box is updating fine ever since( fingers crossed)people are ruining this valuable site by not being arsed reading back and posting the same questions.fair enough if u need help as most of us do but at least try and find the answers first.so a big thanks to all who have helped on this site.im sure we will need you again in the future.hopefully the far off distant future.

Hey guys, thanks for all the good work. Basically i have got a eurovox max v black 2008 and have tried going through the process of downoading the maq toolbar and then using the program to download the firware to my box, this all went fine, however when i did the power scan no channels appeared. i have since gone back to factory settings again and tryed it on all 3 options of symbol rates and still i get no channels. i have now also tried manually putting the codes in again and still nothing. all it says when i try to watch a channel is that they are unavailable. sorry if you have already covered this earlier in the thread but i couldn't find it. any help please, i'm desperate and worried.
