Eurovox Max problem

hi i was just wonderin cud any1 help! i ave a box here it says no signal .. can any1 tel me how to flash it please..

 

if your box says no signal it does not mean it needs flashing take the lead out of your box and put into tv and see if you have any channels first off as the cable could be down in your area ok

 

i did that i have al d channels on me tv when i put the lead in me tv but when i put it into the box i ave none.. any ideas y??

 

Go to menu Pref press ok then key in 1968 and look to see if your emu is disabled if it is enable it only that one not the last one ok

 

jus checked it there its on

 

you have the cable in the right slot rf in and the scart lead in the correct slot as well

 

yeah i have the cable in the rf slot n the scart in the right slot...

 

Ok how long have you got this box and which one is it the black 2008 or red 2007 do you know sorry for all the questions but i want to make sure we get it right and dont kill your box

how long you got the box and do you still have the carton off it if so what color box is it describe the front of it what does it say on the front also

 

i'm not sure how long i have it because its my friends box..its black and silver. on the front it says eurovox max

 

Is there a silver diamond shape cursor on the front of it for changing the channels and the volume on the left hand side

 

yeah dats the box i have it has d diamond shaped curser on it

 

Ok has to be the 2007 red box you have ok lets start at the beginning go to menu then to config clear data ok

 

ok done that what next??

 

ok you should have a screen up telling you to input some data is that right

 

no its stil on the channel data menu.. i erased all the channels n it jus went bac t the same menu.. it says erase all channels n underneath it says factory default

 

ok go back to menu then go to installation click ok and on the left or the screen press the yellow button and that will bring up the screen that we want ok and what network are you on N** or the other one

 

i'm on nt* is it the nagra edit menu u want.. thats what im in now.. is that right??

 

no exit out all the way again to main screen on tv then press menu and go to installation and press ok then press the yellow button on your remote that will bring up another screen on it you will see full power scan ok then come back
