Eurovox Max problem

I'd reckon your emu is on if your getting the s*y sports 2 & 3. EMU needs to be on to unscrammble the premium channels. How you check it is menu, language -ok type in 1968 on remote and it brings up 2 more boxes under th 4that are there one will be EMU and the other is emm both ot these should be enabled. (i think its in the language menu I don't have a eurovox so i can't check but have alook yourself)

 

Aha, possible breakthrough. EMM (not that I know what it does) was disabled, I'll restore factory settings and scan again. Thanks for all your help by the way.

 

another thought if it did'nt even bring in some channels in the channel list maybe see if there's a channel dump file for your area and download this back on to your box,

I really don't think the emm will make much difference but i don't know.

Yeah EMM didn't make a difference. I have a list of channels and their frequencies now, we'll just have to see about inputting them now. Thanks again.

 

hi all jut wondering if anyone can help me with the time settings on the eurovox red ? when i set the time and the GMT the program times are still wrong always out by an hour just cant seem to get it right cheers

 

hi has any1 got the box office showing on there eurovox black v. im wanting to watch the boxing on sataday what is it currently showing and ive updated channels just cant find it any help would be greatly apriciated if i have to manual scan whitch 1 would i do thanks.

 

Try setting the GMT to +1 hour. This works on mine.

 

HiTeck i have put it to GMT+1 but still 1 hour behind ive tryed everything but the time is always off i dont know...


jamie6666 at the moment WWE is showing on the ppv channel id say if you cant find it or dont have it it would do no harm to do a scan to see if you can tune it in

 

Try scanning in nearer the time of the fight say Friday. But dont worry it always picks it up.

Happyhead I just found this info thanks to scouser,

If my above post didnt work try this,

1. Set time using GMT.
2. Go to installation, user installation.
3. Press red button to preform an autoscan.
4. When autoscan completes, IMMEDIATELY go to time settings again.
5. Make sure time is still correct.
6. Turn GMT off.
7. Press blue button to save and exit

After looking around seems a few have this problem and this seems to fix it,
