Do we get a prize if we guess where you are & who your provider is?

Voxer was used when firmware was in bin file format or whatever.

The newer firmware is unified meaning that the firmware & the software to communicate with the box & actually carry out the transfer of the firmware to the bax is all compiled into one now.

I doubt you can use Voxer with the latest firmware unless you can get the firmware file before it was compiled with all the other stuff.

Open to correction on this but I think that's the way it is now.

Are you sure you downloaded the CDF and didnt press upload instead?

Press menu, installation, user installation and tell me the frequency numbers that are there from 291.000 upwards. If it asks for a pin use 1004.

Doesnt look like you downloaded the CDF to your EV, otherwise you would have 13 TPs present. Do a powerscan, press menu, installation and user installation, (1004 if asked for a pin).

    1. Press yellow button.
    2. Input 290.000Mhz as start frequency.
    3. Input 420.000Mhz as end frequency.
    4. Make sure 6887 is in symbol rates.
    5. Press OK to scan, (screen will go blank for a minute and scan will begin).
    6. After scan completes go back into user installation.
    7. Press Red button to update channels.
    8. After channels update, exit all the way out and put it on Sly Sports to update.

Presuming you have the latest firmware installed. Press menu, config and system info. Post what it says for S/W version.
