Eurovox Max problem

HI GUUS 192 HAVING PROBLEMS GO TO "HOW TO MEND IT "

 

Have a blue euro vox when watching some programs i.e eastenders 10pm bbc3 I get voice over telling me whats happening and other programs how do i stop this

Ian, you should also have a regular bbc3 channel - switch to that.

For voice over, press the red "Lang" button on the remote and select alternate audio stream. This will get rid of it.

 

hi, i manged to fix my signal problem, so i was running through my nchannels to see if every channel was ok, i seem to now have considerably less channels than before, i currently have the the firmware that has the signal booster in the TV setting.
is they any way to get my 240 channels back

 

Maybe try rescanning at a different time during the day/night when signal is maybe stronger. I have a similar prob with one of my boxes - depends on what time of day it is and how strong the signal is. Box down stairs is perfect- same box but diff cable

 

hi guys I tryed all the scanning auto and power i seem to have lost alot of channels, any idea or help would be much appreciated. thank you. As channel four is gone il miss Big Brother

i dont know whats is the vent on the lenght of the tuner but if you mean the lines of holes on the top of the box there are 4 lines on the right just above the rfin and 2 lines of holes on the left of the box i hope that make sense to you.

I had this same thing yesterday. Put the box down and look down on the vent holes on top of the box going away from the RF IN jack. Under the vents and inside the box you will see a silver box (the Tuner). Count how many vent holes the tuner is starting at the RF IN jack end. That determines what box it is.

 

Hi guys posted yesterday just wondered if any one has any ideas about my prob....................Hi guys i also have been having probs last few days have red 2007 have latest f/w 21-04-08 had no prob since end of april when sCouser sorted it for me, when i turn on all is good for 10 min then glitching then all goes off differant boxes say no signal or service unknown signal strength dropping from 70s down to 8% done rescan /also fact. reset got a sig booster thats working cos got a st/view upstairs working ok any you guys got any ideas wot it could be...... doin my head in a bit now ( know how you guys like a challenge ) he he he im in t/w area anyone else having probs ???? hope you can help thanks

 

Does anyone know where chanell 4 and sky 1 have gone. Have the freqs changed???

they are still on the same freq but just need to be deleted and manually scanned again and they should come back or just do a full scan and all the channels will come back in there are a couple gone like that

 

I tried a full rescan but still no joy. It didn't pick upanything new.

 

Sorry...the rescan worked on the eurovox but not on the starview. I will have another bash at the SV.
