    Try the Firmware dated 18-04-08 under my sig. The 10th is no good, also the 28th can cause the signal to be too high, It is also available from Eamo's FTA Library.

    Good even scouser.

    ok doing it now lads heres hoping !!!!

    would any of this explain why i am getting no channels though ?

    ok just updated to 180408 and doing a full scan now but the levels/quality are only averaging around 8% and flashing red not green

    also tried downloading your cdf to it and still no channels came up

    Did you do a factory reset after flash? Also make sure you have 6887 input in powerscan.

    so far on the scan i have found 13 tp's only 5 minutes left

    ok scans finished but only found 7 channels ( fta,s as you said )

    any other ideas ?

    Sounds about right, all you need to do is update your channels or use the CDF now.

    But clear channel data first. Menu, config, clear data, clear channels if using the CDF.

    ok so tried the cdf file and nothing changed at all as far as i know i done it right !!!

    how do i update the channels ?

    ps appreciate the help you must have a pain explaining this to every1 over and over

    got 138 channels lads put it onto sky sports 1 and it says service unknown what does that mean ?

    Apologies jj have to head long drive in the morning. HiTeck will have you up in no time ;)

    You got channels before so will get them again. Just make sure you are in the Cable In RF socket on the back of the box from the direct feed. Once your connection is live it will work.

    LOL last post it may help. Press menu, press OK, type 1968 TWICE on remote and press yellow button for default key. Exit all the way back out to Sly Sports and see if it updates.
