    Turn your box off at the mains for about 20 secs, Plug it back in and try again as Scouser posted above, You have your channels now- The firmware is correct, you should be ok to go.

    Sometimes it helps lol

    disconnect from the TV and hook back up to the PC , put b0x on standby(12:00) , and download the CDF to it again . When complete , Hook back to the TV and see if you can view S*Y Sports now

    Make sure you have your NTL cable in the RF SOCKET

    Also are you running on a splitter or direct main feed ?

    ye its plugged in right and its a direct feed just done a starview and that went fine !!

    Also just a thought is the Emulation on?
    Should be but check,

    Menu,
    ok on Language settings,
    type 1968
    Make sure emulation is set to enable,
    the Blue for save and exit.

    Personally JJ I would start again,
    Factory default,
    Load CDF linked earlier.
    Make sure you download the CDF and not Upload,
    Goodnight all.
