Eurovox Max problem

    Hey. do anyone else have the same problem as me on there box. After 9pm all the channels are gone with a no signal message. Can anyone help?

    Yes. They said the signal was fine.

    If your subbed box is having the same problem it is your providers duty to fix the problem,
    If you only had that box you wouldn't be asking for help in here you would be on the phone to them demanding they fix it or remove the service's, thats the point scouser was making to you.

    Ring them back and tell them to come back out and get it sorted. tell them the signal drops after 9 oclock every night. If your subbed box dont work after 9 neither will your ev.

    I understand your point. After 9 when no signal appears i put the main feed into the TV and works no problem.

    Do as Hiteck advised you ..get on to them and tell them to sort it!
    There has to be an issue with your supplier! Its a bleeding joke, turning off at 9 PM. Tell them you only want a bill for a half subscription as your only getting half the service. LOL

    Hi Steve, sounds about right, try a manual scan on 452.000 and 460.000. Can you through your CDF up and I will have a look at it.

    Hi Scouser..Problem with Eurovox Max 2008 (Manchester).I am connected to internet on my PC,when I connect my Eurovox to cable lead,my internet access goes off,this is totally bizarre? Had my box for years with no Problems last few days,One will work without the other but when both are running the eurovox cancels my access to the internet,Any Thoughts? Cheers Chilli

    not getting all channels,few i do get are very poor quality

    thats a problem with your signal and not the box,is it split?if so try it from the main feed.

    not split, main feed fine, some people around area have same problem, any solutions or is it just a waiting game?

    Their a pain in the neck have you tryed the signal booster on the box?
