Exact same problem for me at the same time. nthell direct works fine and direct to the tv works fine.
Pressing Info twice brings up the quality which is steady at 85% when the tv is goin well. When the picture starts jumping or "No Signal" comes up(9pm) quality is moving between 81%, 85%, 83%, 87% etc.

    Any help would be appreciated...

Again ring your provider. A lot of areas have been upgraded for triple play. As things are activated at the headend this may be causing drop out. Hard to call them though if your subbed box is fine, but if it is also affected then get them to rectify it.

Its not an issue with the box its an n@l problem, you will all have to keep badgering them, there is no solution only at their end.

Just wondering if anyone can help me out. I just updated the firmware on my eurovox max red 2007. I forgot to save my channels first and tried doing a factory reset and power scan at 9.887, but the scan doesn't find anything and then all I get is the message "no transponder to scan".
The firmware I used is UFL_MAX_RED_21_04_08. Does anyone know what I need to do? I'm going to miss all the football this weekend!

Nt Hell in dublin. When I turn it on it says "channel not currently available". When I do a power scan it says "no transponders to scan".

Menu> Config> Then ok on Clear data,
    Type 0000 or 1004,
Ok on Erase all channels then ok again.

wait for it to clear all channel data then,

Press Menu along to instalation, Press ok type 0000.

Now press powerscan "the Yellow button",

a box will then load like this

Enter the information as is above then click ok to scan and wait for the result,

If after doing this you still have no TPs check your connections/splitters.
