hi all, ive been having a problem re-flashing my box, iv a eurovox max v 2008, it was working grand for a while with the 28, 4th firmware but i realised that over time some of the channels were not working, i looked up the problem and i was advised to re-flash the box with the 18th firmware. i have put my box back to the factory reset but when i connect it to the computer its telling me that the box is not being recognised, im using a 9 pin connection and following all instructions, does anyone have any idea as to what im doing wrong????

read your post back to yourself and see if you can spot why nobody responed to you!

    NEW POSTERS:-
Pleas note should clearly state where the are located, which Cable Company they use, which model and /or software version is
loaded, what their problem is and what the have attempted themselves to fix the problem.

In other words as much basic info as possible to assist the people who answer queries and in 99% of cases provide
answers in a very patient way considering the questions they have to ask back to posters who just don't
appreciate the job being done over-and-over-and-over again on their behalf.

In most cases your query has been answered MANY times previously in the same thread or one of many others.

You owe it to the helpful ones to Read and search before shooting off a mail for HEEEELLLLP as if you are the
first and only one ever to have the problem.

There - now I feel better.

    Try again Bren67 !

    Thats a bit harsh!
I don't think anyone here minds answering the 'already answered questions'
You may have also noticed that there is 300 pages to this thread and its a pain in the arse reading through them.

not too sure if a splitter is used, tv cable runs from a junction type box on inner wall where cable enters . would that be a splitter ??
