Eurovox Max problem

Hi guys just wondering if any of you have heard of a new box either out or coming out that has the equivalent of S** + on it?

 

If your talking about recording a channel while watching a diff channel , the Starvi*w PVR has a dual tuner and can do this

 

What Eurov0x have you got ?

red or blue b0x 2007 or Max V 2008

Press Menu > Config > System Info

 

Was just speaking to a friend and he said he's getting a new box that's similar to S**+ so maybe thats it.

You have the latest firmware and you dont need to connect it to the PC to update it

Also tune to S*y sports one as it tunes in much faster.

Try a manual scan on these freq and see if you get Set 1 to come in,

299000
611000
827000
419000

 

i only have 26 cgannels to search it ends on 595.000 mhz is that right thanks

 

also dont understand what u mean to tune faster and how often do u need to update the firmwere is this simple thanks allot

 

Have you done the MANUAL scan by adding the freq I gave you

 

When you say you have "Code is being updated"

If you go to S*Y SP 1 , it will update faster for you

You dont need to update the firmware as you have the lastest and that should do

 

when i try manual scan i have 26 channels to choose from i add a tick the last 1 num 26 is 595.000 mhz ive manual scanned the ones up to that. is 26 the normal amount thanks

 

u mean s*y sports 1 and is 26 channels the right amount ending at 595 mhz i have all channels i want just cant get the setanta 1 have the news golf and 2

 

i also have some saying service unknown and some saying service currently scrambled ??

 

Problem with EUROVOX MAX 2008. just recently got a eurovx max 2008 and now all of a sudden it just shows orange dot on the box and nothing comes up. it was working fine but not now.

 

You do not need to scan ALL the freq

Do a manual scan on 299000 only

To add these go to menu,installation,user installation and use the on button guide to add frequencies.


For any frequency that you want to manually scan you select it in your list first by pressing OK when it is highlighted, ( a tick will appear beside the one you select), then you press the blue button to manually scan that frequency.

 

thanks ive tried that a number of times and updated that 2999 but still dont have stanta 1 have the rest and all other channels is beyond me i have a couple that say sevice unknown or 1 says channel scramble could it be 1 of them and i have 26 channels when i come to manual scan is this also the correct amount thanks again for your time
