ive had the same trouble as many of the members(picture break up and chirping) and found the best salution it fitting an attenuator. trouble is i couldnt find any instruction on how to do it so it was trial and error(or fiddle and break as my wife likes to call it)heres what i did, simply fit one end to your box(screw fit) and the other end to the cable then twist the small screw on the side until your picture is sorted.mine had to be turned clock wise. then i skipped through the channels looking for more break up and giving the screw an extra twist as and when it was needed until all the channels were clear. i got the attenuator of a well known auction site for £6.75. hope this helps the non techy types like me.

Wondered If anyone can help me. Iam from the Glasgow area and I was having prolems with the EPG. As the clocks went back last week, the time on the Eurovox was an hour ahead, but by going to tv settings to change the time, the correct time never stayed the same. So thinking I was so smart, I scanned the channels thinking It would solve my problem. Well It did, but most of the channels are missing, saying No signal. I just flashed my box again using the same fireware as a few months ago (http://www.mediafire.com/?6xfjjdnmzge/), but didnt work. Really wish I hadnt done a power scan as my channels were there. Usually clued up on these type of problems but I have came to a brick wall and wondered if anyone else is having the same problem and could point me in the right direction. Thanks.

probably just jumping the gun here but here goes.

As Murdocks lot and Bransond lot seemed to have reached an agreement about pulling the plug on sky1, can you manually imput one channel? just curious

Just what I was thinking? Probs wont be able to yet, maybe in a couple of days or when they have finalised everything.

Good thing for all of us though, cant wait for Sly1 to be back again.

If you have only just got the box - Have you flashed the box with the firmware, if so then check if that the Emulation is on, Menu, OK on Language Settings, 1968 and see that it is ENABLED.

That's why you are not getting the channels unscrambled, you will find the Firmware in Eamo's FTA Library or alternatively in the guide marked Eurovox at the bottom of my post, courtesy of HiTeck.

Does anyone know if the new Channels eg 'Watch' is available on C====us in the Limerick area.

Is there a site to find out all available channels and frequencies?

No watch is not available in Ireland. You will find a list of channels for Ireland here

They are area dependent, as are the frequencies.
