Bit of a cheat really as they are two separate boxes. One is the Eurovox 1000SL the other been a HD DVD recorder. I am sure you could buy both separate yourself LOL.

 

can any one help ? i have a euro-vox max (blue) i reflashed it a while ago and all was fine untill i have come to rescan again for sky ones return and all thought when i flash it, it says sucessfull but wont let me power scan or auto scan !!! then the front of the box flashs up PERR ??????

strange any one have any ideas or any new firm ware avalable ????

When you did the powerscan did you set your symbol rate to 6887? if you did and it didn't work as scouser said there is a CDF for your area in eamos. (make sure you have your cable feed pluged in the RF in and not the ANT)[/quote]

If that`s the lower rate of the 2 then yes, as this was the one I had done when i initially installed it...when u & scoucer say
"there is a CDF for your area in eamos" could you clarify as not sure what that means (sorry if answered before but couldnt find it in recent posts ?)

Did another powerscan, got only frequencies 402 & 418 (normally there`s at least 10 or more).The channels were found on these frequencies but then signal went again. The green light at the front of the eurovox goes off when no signal but then comes back when signal comes in

 

hello all, any reviews on the ex8000 hd yet?

 

Its a Sat/Terrestrial box axx, so not really worth doing a cable report on it Retails in around the £260 mark.

What part of Dublin are you in? Do you have a box supplied by N** and is that OK?

 

I have eurovox max v and over the last week scrolling around the channels the reso seems to be large then jumps into what it should be ! Just did a new channel install to get the reinstalled sky channels back and its still doing it ! Maybe i will have a twiggle with the connection as it seems very sensitive.

 

I've got a Eorovox Max box. I;m with V and it just constantly says 'codes being update...' and then doesn't do anyhting. It's been 4 wks now - any suggestions?

 

it needs to be flashed,press menu config system info and post what it says.

 

thanks scouser,looks dam good though,wish they'd apply that to our own models,sure who knows whats next...
