Eurovox Max problem

    hi guys,

    i had a look at the box last night, its a black euro-vox max, he has it about a year now and its a clone he was also telling me the some stations are freezing on him and going off, hope this is of sum help,

    he's using one, could it be that the box could be on its way out?

    Just sit tight. I'm in Finglas and had the same problem for about 5 days and then it settled down.

    hi guys i need some help with my red eurovox it died a few weeks ago after about a year with no problems. i know its not a clone btw. when i plug it in now no lights come on. i got a jtag and have flashed it using skymax but even though it worked there are no lights on the front. what am i doing wrong?

    When you say worked is the box receiving the channels.If so check the ribbon cable is fully plugged into the board,the one going to the front display

    Have you checked the C14 cap on the PSU board?

    Hi guys

    i have the euro-vox max v 2008, hving a bit of trouble getting channels, i've been looking thru old posts and i've taken some advice

    im in naas, co. kildare, ireland on the C**rus network

    im using 6.875 but only getting 41 channels... any ideas?

    well, tried to input these manually assume i did the right thing... do i keep the symbol rate at 6875?? nothin seems to be happenin, the freq's that came up in the search were numbered 001-008 the ones i manually inputed were unnumbered

    any ideas on what i might be doin wrong?

    I've got a few more channels by inputting the freq's you've given me along with a list from a previous post but still only about 70 channels with a few in twice!!

    no problem had to go out sorry if i'm late getting back to you you managed to input the freqs ok user installation- channel edit-freq- symbol rate 6875-add-exit-tick the freq you added (ok on remote)and then manual scan (blue button)
