Eurovox Max problem

does anybody know how to help, i have gone onto factory settings &
reset all my channels on euro vox box, I need to know how to get em
back & also then how to update my channels again. any help will be

if your on N*l Press Menu, Press Installation,User Installation.

Pin (if prompted)

Do a Power Scan - Press Yellow

Mode = Normal
Start = 290.00
Stop = 403.00
Symbol Rate = 6.887

Make sure your Pipe Lead is in RF. Press OK

Leave to Scan for a couple of mins

My Dad has lost all channels by trying to reset the original fault which happened yesterday with his eurovox, can you in laymans terms help me talk him through what he needs to do, as will have to do this over phone (he would not be too use to this situ.

 

I seem to have deleted all the channels also, can smyone advise how to get them back?

 

for people wit eurovox 2008 in dublin who can't get channels back it only says updating,press menu yellow button,it will have provider put in 5401, iT will have key 00, input 5B 74 36 A3 B2 30 CB 46, press ok then go back to same thing it will Also have key 01 input 54 0D 81 09 F9 6E 17 F9 PRESS EXIT GO TO SKY SPORTS N IT SHOULD BE BACK

Thanks DKJPDE, after 2 days of suffering because the eurovox kept displaying 'code being updated' your codes returned the services immediately!

Does anyone know why the Eurovox 2008 can't update codes all of a sudden? It has worked for me over a couple of months in which I regularly saw the code being updated, which could take up to a few minutes. This time the Eurovox just stayed in 'codes being updated'. Why?

 

i did as above start 100.00mhz
stop 870.00mhz
symbol rate 6.887mbaud

and did the scan but i can only pick up 52 channels is this correct??please please help

 

Guys do these codes work with the original 2006 box, can't seem to get it going, did it to the others(2008) and they're fine..

 

Stupid question . How many channels should i receive with my euro vox in ireland. I see some people talking about computer connections but all i did was turn my box on and i get about 145 channels. Is there way to receive more. Any help would be appreciated . Shay

 

Change in CC keyroll method new firmware will be released to resolve this soon.

Please I'm desperate for someones help if i don't get this box fixed then the wife will have to go out the window.

i tried a lot of things form this site and nothing has worked for me so basically i need an idiots guide, if someone can take then time, from resetting the system to a factory setting clear all the mistakes i made, till i have my adult channel back.

The CA Status just says v1.7C

On Euro-Voxmax the programme times are 1 hour behind, When i adjust the time, the EPG programme time remains 1 hour off(very annoying), How can i reset this, Every time the box is powered down it resets 1 hour behind?
Has anyone else seen this problem?

 

Yes, a solution is posted in this thread a few pages back. Use search or go through the pages. It didn't work for me yet but it worked for others. I just set the time an hour back...
