Eurovox Max problem

Hi everyone,

Have read this forum for a while without posting, and like everyone else have encountered the dreaded...code updating.

Live in Liverpool on Welepest and have tried the following code with success:

5A 01
00 = D8 9B E6 5E 3A 0C 45 AE
01 = B5 AA 58 2D 64 5E E1 05.

tried the codes for mine but no luck still the same thing happening do i need to rebot after or scan again because i scanned again & still nothing.

ok i tried the following:

00: F5 70 E3 AD 3F 2D F8 F4
01: 91 28 EF B5 7B 37 1F ED

provider code 5401

was working for about 30mins then came up please insert smart card then changed to code updating.... i checked emm capture which i've heard others say needs to be enabled it was disabled, i enabled it but still no joy.

tried a few other codes that have been suggested still nothing.

as i worked earlier with the above code but now no longer works am i stuck?

 

sorted thank you guys it is working now i used these codes & found it ok

just to be sure after the code has been entered how long should it take for the channels to come on?

 

are these codes for virgin i ve got euro vox max think 2007? it keeps coming up with searching for codes

 

Eactly the same code used today with exac same result- working for a bit then but to code updating. Don't know what emm capture is though?

Still looking for a new code.

Hi there mate. I jsut saw your post above and gave that a try. I can put in the frequency and the Symbol Rate but here's what it wont let me do. When i go into the menu i only see channels 1 to 10 in the CH NUM column. I choose Edit as you suggest. I then choose add and put in the frequency etc . But it will not let me put in a new CH NUM which in my case should be 11. So even though i have entered the frequency when i hit Auto scan it doesnt add in any extra channels. It's not critical but i was just curious if there was a way around this. Cheers.

Hi i have tried the codes, but none of them seem to work, maybe i'm doing something wrong. I'm in Potters Bar, Herts. I have don all 3 sets of codes, but nothing happens. Will it take a while to come on, or will it come on more or less straight away?
Any help would be great, thanks
