Eurovox max security

Hey guys. Ive just tried the codes dated the 3rd april for the eurovox max bit isnt working on my box for some reason! Any held with updated codes would be greatly appreciated. Im in Dublin 16 area. This is driving me mad so can anyone help?!!! PLEASE

To enter codes manually for Eurov0x

Press Menu then press the YELLOW button

A new screen will appear with boxes to input codes and provider details

Provider code for N*L is 54 01

To input the letters

A = TV button
B = RADIO button
C = -P button
D = +P button
E = INFO button
F = RECALL button

Press OK to SAVE and exit back to viewing

what is firmware and where do i get it,why is all this carry on not affecting starview boxes

 

Firmware is basically software that you load to your STB to give you improved functions etc.

All boxes are affected depending on what geographical area you are in, the issue just now is only Ireland, the UK is fine for now. The only box that has firmware that can cope with the new key roll in ireland is the kryptview but I have not tested this. New firmware is being worked on as we speak for all STB's including Eurovox, Starview & Dreambox 500.

hi lads i have a question myself if you dont mind, i put the new update on the eurovox max v and when i press menu language 1968 1968 where i am then brought to nagravision and shown all codes for alot of providers, are these codes the actual codes for those networks and if it is there which ones are for ch***s, i can already see the ones for n@l (5401) thanks

oh sorry by new update i mean the one from march
also when scrolling through the channels by pressing the ok button i notice a blue bar just above the channel info which changes size as i scroll, is this signal strength or something different?

 

is the provider code for chrous 5401 as well?

i have tried that and the code i was giving for chrous and im still having no joy..when i enter those codes do i just ok it and my channels should return or is there anything else i need to do?

 

save each line as you change the codes by pressing the blue button then save and exit when you have both codes changed, are you sure your on ch***s, try n@l codes if you cant get it working

 

ah i wasn`t doing that i was just putting both lines in and pressing ok will try that now..i`m defo chrous unless i`m entering the wrong code this is what i have

yep, make sure your symbol rate is set to 6.875 aswell

 

yeah symbol rate is 6.875,and entered codes right it`s still saying no signal/searching for signal should it come back straight away?
what are correct ntl codes and i will try them?

 

celtic71 has the link posted for the codes further up the page, n@l symbol rate is 6.887, do a scan for the channels first then input the codes when thats complete and they should come back on immediately

 

which kind of scan?

Looks like NTL have changed their codes again this afternoon. (In Dublin South area).

Does anyone have the new codes?

Dose anybody have the updated codes as of 08 april? On eur***x 07 on N**l !!! The're at it again!!!

Hay the have changed the codes again how come the box is not automacially updating any more last time was the first time i ever had to change the codes before all i had to do was leave it on sky sports news and it updated its self
