Eurovox max security

After manually inputing codes the name of provider has disappeared where it said T*l*p*st is now blank could this have anything to do with it.

 

Im with Virg*n Med*a just outside glasgow area and so far this is what i've done
Entered ntl codes manually
00 : f5-70-e3-ad-3f-2d-f8-f4
01 : b4-e2-02-e7-17-01-79-bc
and also entered telewest codes manually
00 : be-62-64-fb-d3-2c-73-f6
01 : d8-9b-e6-5e-3a-0c-45-ae
These codes are still entered when i go into secret menu via 1968 code twice but when on tv screen it still says :
Please wait, code being updated...
can anyone give me any more advise on maybe something i have done wrong or something i am not doing as i dont think i can live without my Eurovox.
ps it is a eurovox blue 2006 updated with 2007 software and this is the first time anything like this has happened to it.

I can't help I'm afraid but if it's any comfort I'm in exactly the same boat. Have done everything without results, except getting all the free to air channels

 

Need to input keys manually. Have you done this?

 

inputted the new Codes on C- - - - s in Crk and everything is now working fine again

Cheers sc0user. Could just please clarify on the easiest method of inputting these codes its my first time and i dont wanna mess it up. Would appreciate any help thanks

 

Menu, yellow button, input 5401 for N**, ( I presume thats who you are with), input codes and press OK.

Thanks lads up and running again. They seem to have reversed codes from N++ to Ch+++++ with a few minor adjustments

I've put in the telepest codes but scrambled channels are still coming up "updating code"

Just put in these codes for NTHELL and still no luck.

Will try the 01 first and see what happens.

 

When it says put in 01 first, does it mean substitute the numbers, or just to change them first? I'm confused
