Eurovox max security

which software is for the normal eurovox and not the eurovox max ?

 

please help I cant get the firmware upload... I have USD Serial Adapter and null modem cable / rs232 ??

 

hi, i am a new member on here and hoping you can help me.
i bought a max v2008 in february this year and everything was fine now channels have gone.searched on here and found a bit about codes.
firstly to get them back do you have to upgrade firmware?
i have keyed in the key 00 d8 9b e6 5e 3a oc 45 ae
key 01 b5 aa 58 2d 64 5e e1 05
provider 5a01
on smellywest
do i set this as default in list as this is what i did values disappeared , but still waiting to update channels.
does it still do this for a while or is it more or less instant?
as i said did no upgrade of firmware though.
anyone help?

i have the null modem cable but i dont have a slot on the back of my pc for it. the slot on the back is same as the null modem cable so if i was to buy a gender changer would this fix this problem or do i need a new wire altogether???? cheers in advance

 

Get an RS232 to USB converter, that will sort it out.

tried two boxes C*ORUS in dublin stuck at code being updated, doesn't seem to work, any ideas?

I got the "Please wait.." message a couple of days ago. since then i did a factory reset, and then downloaded the firmware using UFL Max V, and all went swimmingly!
When i connect my box back up to the cable, i do a full scan on 6887 but get nothing at all. The CH NUM List is empty - does this matter or do i have to manually input all the frequencies and Maud thingys

I have a Eurovox Max V (Black) and am in Leeds which i believe is NTHell.

Any ideas as to what i may have done wrong.

firstly, thanks for all the help in getting the codes etc.
now here is probably the most rediculous question ever posted on the forum

I want to flash my eurovox and have all I need, files, usb-rs232 cable.. but I have downloaded the files for the red, blue and black. Before I do anything, I need to confirm - does the colour refer to the colour of the box itself? Because I have a dark gray box with a silver front. Thanks in advance

Can somebody please tell me if there is a problem with the new firmware and cho**s, I updated my box, but the 1st time I scanned the box it picked most of the channels up but they were unwatchable because my quailty and level were at 8% so I rescanned and now I am not getting any channels at all

please please please somebody give me a straight answer is there a problem? as I am searching everwhere.

this firm ware ur all talkinga bout what is it ok ok maybeu posted it already but i still dont understand how u get it from ur pc to the eurovox is that what you guys are doing or am i alllllll wrong
