    sorry, dont mean to sound like the complete novice i am, but what is all this red box blue box stuff. all the ones i have seen are black grey or silver???

    i wouldent mind a red one, it would go with my wall paper.lol

    hi ogg havent seen you on for a while welcome back. do you have the frequencies for nthell dublin. i installed that new firmware update but forgot to save my own files and on an autoscan only picked 12 tps, 122 stations so i would be grateful for the latest frequencies. did the eurovox go down again today, because i haven't had any probs so far since installing firmware

    everybody is going on about how easy it is to reflash the box, but mine just kees saying waiting for your boxes response, could somebody please help?

    can anyone please help???? when i try to flash its sayin you reciever can not be detected? does it need to be plugged in to the tele i have got it powered through the mains and have got a null modem

    help please i think ive bricked my eurovox max v 2008 i d/l the file UFL_MaxV_Kuro3_10_04_08 and all it did was flsh the numbers @ the front of the machine and say reset on the pc i waited 10 mins and still the same so i cancelled it and it wont even light up please if anyone can help

    Code's not changed today.That's the first time in four days that they haven't changed the codes.They'll probably change them just before the big football game on S*y this Sunday.

    Need settings for Dreambox 600, Craponus Kildare, i.e. freq, modulation...

    Trying to set it up but not sure if I need a new image file. Please help. Total noob but I'm a quick learner ; )

    If your Unified Loader or Dnupman says it cannot find the reciever either your com port is duff, your box is duff or your cable box (you don't specify which unit, which provider, what you have tried or whether you are using a standard tower PC or a laptop with convertor) is possibly bust (or if it's one of the many USB - Serial leads - possibly not up to the job).

    Post the missing bits next time m8 and maybe someone will help ;)

    @4andy - it depends which box you are using but provider codes are:

    Ntell : 54/55
    TW : 5A/5B
    ex C&W : 5C/5D
    Ch0rus : 5E/5F

    and yes Kuro V3 beta is working AOK - no doubt some will have problems but it's less than 1% (you hear less from happy users!)

    BLUE/RED - how to tell them apart?? Take a look here
