    I have updated a few boxes with the 10/04/08 update and they are working fine, did you do the factory reset?

    is the 10/04/08 software that you updated your box autorolling for chor££ or nthell.

    my uncle gave me his euro-vox max to update for him but i havent a clue about this machine i'm used to re-play and star-view.
    So any help will be greatly appreciated as to what i have to do.....
    Its a euro-vox max, S/W version 1.0 STC4, H/W version 2.0t, Bootstrap v002, i'm in Dublin aswell.

    got a usb to serial ead and a null modem but none seem to be working for my laptop or pc, both have been bought brand new as well, just wondered if anyone could give me a step by step guide to re flashing my eurovox max v box, i e do i need to factory reset beforehand, all i get is your reciever cannot be detected

    i tried this but it doesnt work, i think my box is a eurovox max 2007. i'm just looking for the correct firmware to update it with as i havent a clue......

    mines the same the stig, just keep getting reciever not detected and waiting for your recievers response
