after software is loaded how de ye do a power scan . . iam not familiar wit des boxes i hav a star view me self

 

just go into menu>installation>fast install> change symbol to 6.875 and press install. it'll take about 10 mins. thats it man. piece of piss

 

i did dat but didn pick up ny stations is der sumin iam over looking . . thanks 4 the help buy the way.

hi all, does anyone know how to access dbox to input the codes? i know the on the eurovox box it you press menu and the yelow button but it doesnt seem to work on this.

if you are on ch+++us ire don't bother downloading new firmware 10 april it does not auto roll . i will wait for jayo to post his fix. roll on

 

mac, if your n*l use 6.887 as 6.875 is for chorus

Also dont do at install, press red for advanced install and input
Frequencies 291.00
403.00
Symbolrate 6.887
Turn 'favorite sort' to 'off'(its more hassle than its worth!

 

have new softwear loaded but its taking for hours to update ???
its a red box any ideas lads ??????

 

Sorry Des I left out a comma. Just not sure where I should see EMU.
I input the codes press ok then press exit out of menu normally, and picture is there. Is there a safer way to do it? thanks for your time btw.

next problem i have another box er think its a clone which firmware do i need 4 dat it's black wit a sliver front . . from dublin using ntl

Dont think there is firmware available yet.Don't put anything else on it as it will destroy it.

Update the firmware on your box and you won't need the codes

 

Barm works fine for me just tried it on a Max V, may have been corrupted when you downloaded, delete it and try it again, any problems I can send you a fresh version
