Hi all, I installed the new firmware in my eurovox Max V it works, but it only updates the code when I change channel or press the OK button. I would like to know if it should just autoroll and if it should any suggestions on how to get it to do so. Thanks in advance

there was 3 code changes already today on C****us install new firmware and you will not have to worry about codes any more

Can anyone please tell me how to update the eurovox red. I downloaded the update opened connected the box to p.c clicked download left it to download and at the end I keep getting download failed. I've done 10 max v's with no problem. Don't know what i'm doing wrong can anyone help please before I THROW THIS THING AT THE WALL.

if its reaching 100% and then saying download failed, try leaving it for a few seconds and it might change to download complete

I tried doing that but still no joy. Is there a link to the how to flash a red box. Should I have turned it off at some point during the flash. I didn't need to with the max v. what software should be on the red box when i open the ufl to download. I think it was showing 1.10 when i first did it now its showing 2.10.

click on the link below me saying firmware and domnload the file
UFL_Max_RED_21_04_08.zip
unplug all cables bar the power chord, put your box in standby, once you have the file extracted with winrar, save it to your desktop so its easily found, open it, connect your null modem cable to the box, click download, then when the download is finished do a factory reset and then scan in the channels again, that should be it, if you have problems afterward state your area and provider.

 

I dont have cables to do any type of update so i do have to worry about codes

hi i just flashed a another box but this time i uploaded first then when download was complete i downloaded the saved data ,there was no need to imput freq or fav just plugged back in to tv and it worked straigt away took 3 minutes ,brilliant.
