absolute lifesaver lads - 6887 a number I'll never forget! Had the "no transponder" msg from my box about 3am last night after a bit of a mess!

    eurovox 2007 box btw.

"200.100 --> 400.100 with 6887.0" normal scan got everything back (and a couple of new ones I think)

Is the rest of the site full of paddies or just this area? Came via a google and couldn't believe my luck after wiping my box.

    cheers again all

Hey Jude, You will find everything you need at this link, loader, firmware, user tutorial etc, courtesy of eamo - http://eko.4shared.com/

Just have a browse on eB** - auction - good dealer - fashion2go, box comes fully loaded, all that is needed is powerscan, don't pay more that £115 inclusive postage, Eurovox Max V 2008 model. Good support offered if needed.

I presume he is getting his sky channels through 1 of the cable companies like n*l,telew**t or virg*n.If so it will work.

Having problems setting up a box (Max 3) in Kilcock on Ch**us
Did a powerscan with 274 Mhz to 426Mhz 6875 etc. but still nothing.
Is there a solution by using above codes and if so how do i put them in?

Hey, I have just bought a eurovox box and live in Dublin. I don't have any cable as yet and just wondering does it only work with n*l cable or does it work with the basic digital package? Thanks

Depends where you are located some areas are still analogue. In which case you will need the basic digital or broadband package.

Hi, I've just purchased a eurovox max v 2008. I live in dublin and have n*l basic digital package. I heard n*l changed their frequencies recently. The box I bought will come preloaded with firmware up til the beginning of July. Will I have to update it or is it just a case of doing the power scan when I first turn the box on?

Do a powerscan with frequencies 291Mhz to 395Mhz with a symbolrate of 6887 and wait. You should get 13 Transponders (TP).The box will then do an autoscan itself and you will see the stations coming in.
Make sure your connections from the cable are good.
The box will auto update from then on.

did you get the freq 410.ooo that's the one that has sky 1 under it if you are CH$$$S. Also check you have freq 371.ooo sometimes you have to manually add them as a scan doesn't always pick them up.
