looking for TP's for meath on ntl only getting 7 and was getting 9 and i know there are 13 in dublin any help at all

can anyone tell me how my Eurovox box is not updateing it self now

 

Have you flashed it with the latest firmware ?

 

Get yourself the latest firmware - Click Eurovox then Firmware. Make sure you have a Null Modem cable (available in Maplin's) and a Serial-to-USB adaptor (available in Maplin's too), then get the latest firmware (dated). I recommend the 18-04-08 for now. If it's still not updating, go for 28-04-08T. If you don't know what do do when you have these things just check the site for instructions or PM me if you're really stuck, I'll try and get back to you asap.

 

Is there anyone online that can go through step by step how to flash Dbox. I have downloaded the eurovox software dated the 28th/04. Downloading succesful came up on PC screen. Now what do I do???

Thanks alot oggnogg. I reset my factory settings then I did a power scan but only 9 channels came up

I have downloaded the new Kuro software dated the 28th/04. Then I did a factory setting to default did a power scan and only got 9 channels then I read a few threads telling me to do a power scan from Freq rate 290-403 using 6.887 as i'm with N*L. Then it picked up 41 channels then I updated the chennels and it picked up 51 channels. How can I get the rest of the channels?

I have seen from other posts that signal booster must not be on, Where can I find this?

Really appreciate any help that you can give,

Yeah Karl I am. I'm in Dublin, I was reading a few posts when it asks you for a baud rate there are 4 boxes three of which are 0.000 if I change all these to 6.887 and do a power scan. Will that give me the rest of the channels?

should only need to put 6.887 in once you could try a channel dump

 

So if I download the channel dump I connect dbox to pc again using Null modem cable, Then I download the same software again 28/04 and try a new powerscan?

 

look in eamo's library under my pic and open the eurovox folder you will find a channel dump in there courtesy of sc0ucer download it and then download it onto your box using the loader you used already,also there is instructions in the documentation folder

No didn't work! downloaded channel dump onto my eurovox and still only 51 channels any more ideas??
