You should update the box with the latest firmware, no **** posting is allowed or mentioned, but to get to table, Menu, OK on Language, type 1968, and type 1968 again, and there you are. (If you have the latest firmware then go to Sly Sp**ts 1 - put the box on standby and then back on again, sometimes needs a little kick.

 

I've read back the last 10 pages re missing channels - Iv tried everything and still some missing - If I download the CDF to my EV will that solve the problem ? Iv already updated the firmware a few weekes ago.

Use my CDF in Eamos at the bottom of my post, I have updated it. But before you do clear your channels, menu, config, clear data, clear channels. Then download the CDF.

hi.
i have the 2007 model and did a powerscan the other day to try to get back more channels. i now only have 20 on 6887 symbol, which dont work. i haven't updated the box as i don't have a cable. i've tried restoring factory defaults but it hasn't made a difference.

any advice how to get the channels back?

i'm in dublin by the way.

 

only way to get them back is to update or get the codes, an ya wont get the codes here or be told where to get them im afraid

hi..... does anyone have probems gettin pv events now, mine permanently says updating code, wanna watch the wrestling from yesterday

 

im having a problem with my box now at the weekend it started playing up with the picture its like the signal strength has dropped so nearly all the channels wont come on and when they do it freezes or loads of inteference makes them unwatchable ive tryed updating and now when i rescan im hardly getting any TPs my firmware is the 15 10 07 version so if anyone can help me thanks

 

mine started saying that code message months ago but when there was a live event it would come on but that wrestling pr finished br sat morning

 

Youre firmware is outdated I presume its a MaxV. Flash it with the 18/04/08 firmware.
