Is emulation enabled. Press menu, press language settings, type 1968 on remote and check it.

 

eorovox 08, was working ok, now its showing no signal, reflashed it and still showing no signal, any ideas?

 

Maybe just a localised fault in your area with the CC. Give it time and see does it come back.

 

My Eurovox Max V 2008 has just died in the same way. this is the third one that has devoloped the same problem in the last month. they are all genuine boxes . anyone got similar problems or solutions

my mate cant use the 2008 box in his house the box reads no signal or updating codes this happened twice yet his starview works great and yes i did try the boxes in my house no probs at all .watching it now any ideas boosters etc

 

Are you sure that its 100% genuine ? as this usually shows up on cloned boxes , have you been in touch with your supplies ?

 

Are far as we are aware the 2008 hasnt been cloned yet what I would say is it is a batch of faulty boxes.

 

I had the same problem and when i jtag my 2008 it worked fine . I bought the box off eb*y and another off the web, and there was different type/fonts used on the boxes , when I opened them up the 1 from ebay had a twist in the internal cable the same as the pics of the cloned box ,so I would not be too sure that they have not been cloned yet , but either way the supplier should help, can I ask if the box was bought off ebay ?

 

Looks like you were sold a 2006/2007 in a 2008 box there has been reports of that happening and thats why I recommend people do some research on buying these boxes from bonafide suppliers and to stay away from fleabay. By the way how did you flash the tsop on a 2008 model as the tsop files for jtags are only for the 2006/2007 models, first time I have heard of a 2008 model jtag.

 

I agree I would not buy another box off fleabay , I used the feb ver of the firmware and box is working "6 days now fingers crossed" the guy i bought it off was a right a**hole just kept saying he did not sell cloned boxes and fleabay were no help and paypal did not want to know they closed the dispute in an hour

 

Yep fleabay have got so many complaints about cloned boxes of all types that they just turn a blind eye to any complaint now. But yet most of the clone sellers are allowed to continue trading there. Mind you fleabay have cleaned out a few of them. So buyers beware when dealing on fleabay you may save a few quid but the headaches afterwards just arent worth it.

 

Yes I did contact the seller on EBay and they are replacing the boxes. they said that they had to return the 2007 box to the manufacturer to replace it. they replaced one of the 2008 boxes immeadiately. THe boxes are definitely 100% genuine. ant more advice

 

Try and use F-type splitters as they are far superior to cheaper ones you get in hardware shops etc

 

Done a factory reset and reloaded set to set and is now working perfect

Howdy, one of the N** transponders does not seem to be working on the eurovox 2007. I have lost a few channels, more4+1, ABC and a few other plus ones. Is anyone else having this issue?
