Glad you got sorted. Regards HD boxes I wouldnt bother at least not yet anyway, as they are expensive and think of the small amount of HD channels you can receive on cable anyway.

 

ok, time for one of my naive silly questions-can you scan for new additional channels without losing the channels you already have sorted into favourites etc. Cheers all

 

Yep all you have to do is an autoscan/update channels. Press menu, installation, user installation and press the red button. Your channel order will remain and any new channels will appear at the end of your channel list.

 

Hi,I have a cdf for the eurovox tx.A friend of mine bought The Box-T
and I am going to his house this evening to hook it up.I'm just

Anybody know whether the same software that is used on the 2008 eurovox will be available on the 2007 eurovox?

I really want the new menus and true widescreen on my 2007 box

Anybody know if this going to be available for the 2007 box and when?

Hello...Can anyone help me..I have a Eurovox Max but I am missing alot of channels...A lot of channels are saying NO SIGNAL...and my channels keeps going OFF as the day goes on...Cannot get Sky Sports 1..Hallmark and all things like that....As you can guess I AM NEW TO THIS GAME.....

 

Lads does anyone have a symbol rate for Carlow on Ch**us.
I have tried 6952, 6887, 6875. Level and quality range mostly between 70~80%. dropping to 2~3% now and again during scan.
I assume that the quality is up around there that there is a digital signal coming in??

Hi leekeet I am in the same boat as your self. I have lost two of my transponders. I lost one on monday (which i lost discovery etc) and last night lost another ( some sky) i am down to about 55 channels now. I cleared channels and restored factory defaults but still wont pick up channels. I also tried manually changing the freq from 371 to 371.500 372 etc etc. If you find a solution please let me know. My brothers box and my dads box are doing the same so I take it chor*s have changed something.

 

More than likely they have change TP frequencies, you will need to clear your channel data and then do a full powerscan. You will lose your channel order though.

 

Need your location and provider details.

 

Its only anlogue in your area on Ch**us cable.

What would be the best Eurovox for me to purchase to work on Ch&rus in Swords.
I am also looking to purchase it from a company that i could send it back to if any problems arise like this 8% error message that i keep reading about.
I had a replay lite and it just wouldnt work with Ch*rus so im a bit of a sceptic with these boxes now but im willing to purchase a eurovox and try it. (my last hope)

Go to menu, config and clear channel data. Then do a normal powerscan using symbol rate 6887 and a frequency range from 290.000 to 403.000, I presume you are on N** cable. Also make sure you are plugged in the RF in socket on the back of the EV directly from the incoming feed. Failing that I have an updated CDF for N** Dublin cable in Eamos FTA Library at the end of my post.
