Eurovox Max V 2008 Fault...help please!

Hi, I have the black eurovox max V 2008 box and it has stopped working. I was flicking through the stations and a message came up saying the box has developed a fault, contact your supplier and then shut off. I cant do anything with the box and all that happens is two green lights appear on the front of the box when plugged in. This is the second box in a month to do this to me! I dont believe I have a clone. I have been looking around and a number of people seem to have had the same problem but nobody has a solution...anybody here got any ideas????
