First of all Hi, this is my first post on this site and hopefully someone may be able to shed some light on a "little" problem i am having at the moment.i have a Max V 2008 box when i do a powerscan i find 31TPs on 6.887sr so far so good, when it comes to updating the channels it doesnt find any channels at all!!.Tried reflashing with latest and previous flash files but still the same.Tried on a different feed and still the same. What i wanted to know is howcome i can pick up the TPs but not get the channels...any thoughts? signal strength if fine, keys ok, could box be up the swanny?
As Karl isnt around (he knows more about Eurovox than most) have a look here, theres loads about your type of box! http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/674371
HI guys just wondering if anyone else has had the same problem as me and if there is a working solution?.
Symax .. I see its a month since your first post, surely by now you have found the solution? if you read through that thread i gave you I am sure you will find the answer somewere!!
Read the link and there are some very good guides on there.I have checked and rechecked powerscan settings, symbol rates etc and i always seem to find 31TPs just no channels, if i load a channel list then it just shows no signal.I just thought it is strange that it will find 31 transponders but not be able to get the channels from them! what sort of fault could cause this.Ive flashed it more times than a lighthouse on a stormy night and with old and newer firmware versions but so far without any luck.
peculiar alright, you do have all your connections connected properly?coaxil into rf in and scart secure in all?also is there any cable proplems in your area?
All connections ok i think, if they were not would TPs still have been found?. Took box to a mates house his connection was ok on his box but mine still no channels found.Signal strenght when scanning looks ok 82% unboosted.
yeah maybe but we have to cover every angle, see if sc0ucer comes along and maybe he may be able to throw some light on to it.
