Hi, I'm new to this and I have the box but as all know it is not true widescreen. I've heard that there is a software or firmware update that corrects this, if so can someone please help with instructions and getting the update. Thanks Celtic71 will give that a go after a trip to Maplins for Null Modem Cable, I see that it also helps signal as I've had problem with signal from day one but this item sorted it for me http://www.maplin.co.uk/Module.aspx?ModuleNo=943&criteria=cable tv signal booster&doy=4m11. Just one other query, I have my channels EXACTLY as I want them, which program is best for backing up my channel data and where can I get it?
You can use DnUpMan and this can be foound in the Eurov0x / Software folder in Eamo's Library at the bottom of my post

Panic over! Got it sorted. Downloaded wronf update, have proper one now from 24/10/07, also forgot to reconnect the signal booster. All is well with the world. BTW First impressions on update... Love the True Widescreen, finally can dump the NTheLl box. Like the 15 channel view in TV mode and 7 channel View in EPG Mode Picture clarity is ACE! Job well done guys, big thanks to Celtic71 and of course KURO for making life with the Eurovox a pleasure! more anon after I soak test it by becoming a couch spud!
