Eurovox max V 2008 wont come out of standby

Thanks for your help if i have a clone is there a fix for it ? as for paypel and fleabay i have been in contact with both fleabay dont want to know and paypel say that i recieved the box thats where there responsibility stops as they dont really care that it dosent work , they closed my dispute in 1.30 hours so i think my only option is try and get my money back from cc company

Have they not offered you your money back or a replacement. All I can say is try a reflash.

No money back as the guy who sold it to me says its not a clone , but i am sure it is as i bought a new box from someone else and i flashed it np, i was looking at the 2 boxes and noticed there was different typeface used in the packaging with one being in bold the other not , and on the serial numbers on the box, i have tried to reflash but it just wont come out of standby , i am thinking can i jtag this ? and if i do what ver of the eurovox software can i use ?

ive asked for your help before,,,,,
trying to set up euro vox max v . have got usb to 9 pin com commection.... have down loaded winrar .... when i follow installation instructionsits asking me to select the flash file copied from the cd onto my computer. could you direct me to this file or do i need todownload this seperately from somewhere?

Youve been at this for quite a while now. Have you as Celt has said downloaded the Eurovox Owners Guide.

This can be found in the link at the end of my post marked Eamos FTA Library. Click this link,then click Eurovox,then Eurovox documentation. Download the guide and read it, this will show you exactly what you need to do.

After that the loader and firmware can be found in the same link.
