eurovox max v code update not working.

Hi guyz, have a eurovox max box, had it for about a year and a half now and since yesterday i'm getting the same message as many of you are, namely that "code is updating please"! any updates would be most appreciated!

 

Are they changing the codes every 2-3 hours! Keep getting it working then goes off and new codes required. Could it be the box auto update function? Can this be switched off????

 

i tried the codes both ways still nothing..please help if anyone can fix the problem get in touch. in midlands in v/m

 

Hi I am also having trouble with my Eurovox. I live in the Cambridge area and was wondering if anyone can help or has the code to get this working again??

 

ok. guys i have just being in touch with the gentleman i bought mine off he said: and i quote; he had to turn his off for a couple of days My supplier V****N are rolling the frequencys and should be ok in a couple of days. good luck i trying mine now simon

I spoke to them as well and they told me to wait for couple of days.
Is there any way we can fix it now.

 

Yeah any way of sorting this today eg a code?? or settings I really wanted to watch the Man utd game 2day!

 

i have tried all the codes people have sent me.and all ways of inputing them. i have tried rebooting scanning new numbers codes etc. im leaving mine off for a couple of days see what happens.if you manage to get yours working please get intouch. as for the football why not goto the pub..lol

Had exactly the same problems & everyone else I speak to is having the same problems. Spoke to the shop where I got the Eurovox box from and told me to leave it for a day or 2.

I have tried loads of different codes and finally found a set that work. My box is working fine now.

Codes I used are:-

Provider 5A 01
00 - 54 1e ce 02 a2 58 79 86
01 - b5 aa 58 2d 64 5e e1 05

Do you have to do anything else after inputting this code?? And can this work for any Eurovox customers...?? I guess you have to retune after?

My box is a Eurovox Max 2008.

To enter the codes press the menu button followed by the yellow button. Enter the provider code, 00 & 01 codes then press OK. Then
press Exit.

I did this & then selected a movie channel and work straight away. Just checked all the sports etc & all seems fine.

No need to re-scan.

Note that I am on V**G** M**** hence the 5A 01 provider code.

 

So am i supposed to input 5a 01 or 00 01..Which f the two. You also said hit exit after inputting the firs part do i not put in the rest of the code sorry im a lil confused??? I have a Eurovox Max

To clarify, once you have the code screen displayed you need to enter the provider code, then the code for line 00, then the code for line 01. These codes are:-

Provider 5A 01
00 - 54 1e ce 02 a2 58 79 86
01 - b5 aa 58 2d 64 5e e1 05

Once entered press the OK button followed by the EXIT button. This takes you back to the tv. Then select a coded channel like movies or sport to see if it has worked.

Hiya No luck what so ever I have tried exactly as you have said..Typed in the code exactly as you have told me and saved and exit. It still says Code being updated?? Any suggestions?

 

yes mate same with me it did;nt work for me as well i called supplier he is saying leave it as it is for 2 days
