Eurovox max V Menu problem

    When I go into installation then select installation ,I enter the password then it takes me into timer settings.If I select timer settings from menu it comes up with the user installation seting.I have two of these Eurovox maxv8 boxes and both have the latest firmware installed.This latest one arrived this morn and it has the same prob...Any help or advice would be appriciated
