   when i download the correct software to the max v and reconnect to tv the display on the box is stuck on ch: 0000 and wont find anything when i do the scan any suggestions ??
   
   i have checked symbol rate and everything is the way its meant to be

   you will need to do a factory reset after downloading the new firmware
